Privacy Policy

Updated on October 7, 2026

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit hollowcamp.com, on what basis, and what rights you have. It covers visitors in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere.

1. Who is responsible

The controller for data processing on this website is:

WANLIAN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED Flat A516, 5/F, Efficiency House 35 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong Kowloon, Hong Kong

E-mail: [email protected]

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on a server in Singapore. When you open a page, the web server automatically collects data that your browser transmits (server log files):

  • shortened or full IP address
  • date and time of the request
  • page requested and amount of data transferred
  • browser type and operating system
  • referrer URL

The basis is our legitimate interest in the technically faultless operation and security of the website. Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

The website is additionally delivered through the Cloudflare content delivery network (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including the IP address, in order to deliver and cache the site and to block attacks. A data processing agreement based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses is in place with Cloudflare.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not use advertising trackers. No user profiles are created.

Should this change, we will say so here and — where required — obtain your consent first.

4. Affiliate programmes and affiliate links

This website takes part in affiliate programmes. That means some links lead to third-party shops, and if a purchase results from such a link, we receive a commission. Your price does not change.

Important for data processing: when you click such a link you leave this website. Data processing from that point on is governed exclusively by the privacy policy of the respective provider. We have no influence over, and no insight into, how your data is processed there — for example the setting of cookies to attribute the purchase. See also our Affiliate Disclosure.

5. Contacting us by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, your details — including the contact data you provide — are stored in order to handle the enquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it once the purpose of storage no longer applies.

6. Contact form and internal notification

A contact form is available on our contact page. The information you enter is processed: name, e-mail address and message, plus the page from which you submitted the form.

Purpose: the details are used exclusively to handle and answer your enquiry.

Recipients and transfer to a third country: so that your message reaches us promptly, it is routed through two service providers:

  1. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) operates the function that receives and forwards the form. Cloudflare does not store the content of the message permanently. A data processing agreement based on the standard contractual clauses applies.
  2. As an internal notification system we use DingTalk, a service of the Alibaba Group based in the People's Republic of China. The message is processed there and stored on servers in the People's Republic of China.

For the People's Republic of China there is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission and no suitable safeguard within the meaning of the GDPR. The transfer therefore takes place on the basis of your consent, which you give expressly by submitting the form. Without that consent we cannot offer the form.

No obligation to use the form: you can always reach us directly by e-mail at [email protected] instead. In that case no transfer to the notification system takes place, and there are no further recipients.

Retention: form data is deleted once the enquiry has been handled, at the latest after 90 days. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out until then remains unaffected.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you have the following rights regarding personal data concerning you.

EU/EEA and the UK (GDPR):

  • right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object (Art. 21)
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77)

California residents (CCPA/CPRA):

  • the right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, and the purposes
  • the right to delete personal information we have collected from you
  • the right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising
  • the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights

We do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 16 years of age.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. Security

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://". With encryption active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

9. Changes

This privacy policy is updated when processing practices or the legal situation change. The version published here applies in each case.
